Been struggling for years worth of concussions more than I can count! When I played football if you got knocked out, there weren't no protocols! Its was smelling salts tell you get back in there or you were a wimp? Just dont let him sleep?! Cant even count the times! Then car accidents,comas, etc... It was it such a fog for 25yrs! Everyone i talked to said its life!! Couldn't remember, lost my confidence, self respect,stop standing up for myself, headaches etc.... then I found Harcourt Brain Center! Wow! Wow! I feel so much better made leaps and bounds from my first evaluation! I feel like im young again! Im so blessed to b treated by him and his staff! Love them! Thank them! Dr. Harcourt cares about helping people live a more full and healthy life—I know I can speak for many when I say that he is diligent and thorough in his care. Functional neurology is such a fascinating field and supporting one’s brain/nervous system is so very important.

I suffered a catastropic car accident resulting in Tramatic Brain Injury, neck and spinal injury that left me with over 60% paralysis from the chest down. I came to Dr Harcourt after 2-1/2 years of seeing very little improvement from Neurologists and Therapists. Im seeing great improvement. I can walk (assisted with cane) but hey, I can walk. Thats something I couldnt do before! He's great!

Yessss of curse i will recommend this to any one struggle with post concussion syndrome from a car accident and do not see results in just physical therapy. I truly can’t give enough positive feedback for the Harcourt Brain Center. My 10 year old daughter was heavily medicated, and even admitted to the hospital, for what numerous neurologists & other specialists had diagnosed as migraine for 6 straight weeks. Dr. Harcourt was the only one who suspected that it was actually a concussion after a brief exam, and sure enough, once he brought it up, my daughter remembered a knock to the head with a basketball at recess right before the headaches started. We were very surprised to hear the staff suggest an all-day, one week long immersive therapy session as the treatment plan, but Dr. Harcourt was the only doctor through this whole process that was making sense, so we decided to take part. Sure enough, her excruciating headaches began to resolve almost immediately once we started treating (med-free)! for concussion and not medicating her for migraine. We are only a couple of weeks out of treatment, and my daughter still does exercises at home, but she is back to school and activities and life. During and right after treatment she had one or two small “breakthrough” headaches, but they resolved themselves very quickly. They were so much more painful, and almost constant before. We are so grateful to Dr. Harcourt and his amazing staff. If it wasn’t for them, my daughter would likely still be experimenting with migraine medications, that were making her sick, and not really helping the headaches. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, child or adult, suffering from frequent and/or painful headaches of any kind.

Dr. Adam is a rare find! Finds solutions that other doctors don’t. He works on correcting the problem and not just masking it. Has very much helped me with my vertigo. Besides being a very down to earth friendly person he is incredibly well versed on so many issues with the brain. Great office group too.

Dr. Harcourt and his staff are wonderful!! The pain in shoulder and knee are gone. I had suffered for years and through physical therapy and meds and nothing worked by my third visit I was getting relief by my sixth visit no more pain. Thank you !!

I have always been a relatively healthy person but without any warning I had some kind of medical “incident”. (That is the official title given to it by the medical system where I received treatment in Denver, CO.) This “incident” left me unable to speak for several days. I could hear what was being asked and knew what I wanted to say but I couldn’t verbalize my thoughts. When my speech did return I had a terrible stutter. After visiting many doctors and specialist, and receiving quizzical looks and “We just don’t know” responses, I went to Dr Harcourt. After some examinations and testing, we started a round of intense treatment several times a day for a week. By the end of the week, I was able to talk better and with continued exercises and time, I regained all my speech with no stutter. I am forever grateful for his help and the excellent care I received. I highly recommend Dr Harcourt!

I went back to visit Dr Harcourt after suffering a stroke in CA. Seriously, I was functional in one treatment. Had a week’s worth and am doing his plan at home. Money best spent!!!

treatments has helped is helping me a lot shoulder nerve shooting pain gone, or mostly , back pain shooting down leg mostly gone , was in auto accident 2017 had many different treatments therapies PT , injections, but these treatment seem to be helping the best . helped my headaches , then recent fall helping my knee s heal and decreased pain . they are very professional and pleasant, very helpful . Highly recommended.

Had a great experience. Dr Harcourt was personable and thorough. I felt comfortable from the first visit. He helped me with an aching neck. Relieved my neck pain in one visit. And I wasn’t sore afterwards. Would highly recommend.

We cannot speak highly enough about the care we received at Dr. Harcourt’s office. During intake, Dr. Harcourt was thorough and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He has an amazing knowledge about the brain and its dysfunction. During the office visits, in just a few days at Dr. Harcourt’s office, my kid has seen as much improvement as many of her week-long hospital stays for migraines. She is able to tolerate more activity and her headache pain has decreased significantly. In addition to the medical metrics indicating improvement that Dr, Harcourt provided, we found instant proof. Two days before treatment, our child went to an outdoor venue with a rollator and needed to sit several times walking less than 100 feet and while waiting for transport. Two days after we ended treatment, at the same venue, she walked without assistance and DANCED STANDING UP for more than an hour, moving her arms and legs the entire time. He’s sending us home with a program we can do on our own, so we don’t have to keep seeing him endlessly. Can’t wait to get see the results after she has a few months of at-home exercises. Our bed-ridden, home-bound kid might be able to get back on the IV league track she was on before long COVID knocked her out. Dr. Harcourt is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. And his assistant, Juliana, makes everything run smoothly and pleasantly. The only regret we have is that we didn’t find Dr. Harcourt sooner!!

I've seen Dr. Harcourt in Beverly Hills, Ca; Santa Barbara, Ca; York, Pennsylvania for both my worker's Comp & Car Accident injuries. I had 8 surgeries, with little benefit. I had given up and was resigned to living my life in pain. Four months after starting treatment with Dr. Harcourt and I almost pain free.
